Good Samaritan Home was among the first to provide a solution to homelessness in Boise. Our founder recognized that the only way to solve homelessness was to provide permanent housing and meals to individuals in need.

If you are a Veteran needing a higher level of care and have limited social support or access to help, the VA Medical Foster Home (MFH) program may be an alternative for you to long term care facilities.
Twin Falls County Veterans Service Office
The Twin Falls County Veterans Service Office assists veterans and their dependents with applications for compensation, pensions, health care enrollments and other benefits through an intake process that includes information and referral services.
VA Homeless Programs
Veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness—and their family members, friends and supporters—can make the call to or chat online with the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans, where trained counselors are ready to talk confidentially 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (877)424-3838

Valor Pointe Apartments, Boise
Valor Pointe Apartments is a newly constructed housing complex for veterans experiencing homelessness. There are 26 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. Two of the units are fully accessible to residents with disabilities and the rest are adaptable, ensuring they can be easily modified to become accessible for residents with disabilities or mobility challenges.
