We offer navigation services for both the Idaho and Military community in five core areas for veterans, military serving, those transitioning, and family members.
We provide a network of educational institutes and organizations ready and willing to support veterans, military, and families in finding the right education opportunities.
We maintain career-seeking pathways for the military job seekers and Idaho employers to connect with workforce opportunities through counseling, networking, career placement, certifications, apprenticeships, and education.
We collaborate with all federal, state, and local agencies that provide business consulting, mentoring, planning, and funding support for start-up or growth opportunities to connect our military community business owners.
We provide support to military community for any of the following, purchase or renting of a home, homelessness, retirement community placement, assisted living, and end of life care.

We collaborate with Veteran Service Organizations and other military organizations to provide veterans, active military, and their family members to resources that promote mental wellness, physical health, wealth, and morale.
We provide education, training, workshops, and networking events to educate and connect our Idaho and Military Communities to the resources, subject matter experts, companies, agencies, and people.

We have over 200 Employers in the State of Idaho that are ready to hire Military in Transition, Family Members, and Dependents.
