Support the basics of workforce transition and refer members to other Veteran Service Organizations to seek, resume for civilian job search, civilian skills for transitioning military, veterans, and their families in such areas, but not limited to:

  1. Resume Review

  2. Applying for Jobs

  3. Interviewing

  4. Career Counseling (Initial, Ongoing, Promotion)

  5. Career Home Placement

  6. Education

Our services are available to any veteran, military serving, and their family member at any time in their career regardless of when you transitioned out of the military.  We support SkillBridge, internships, apprenticeships, and job placement.  If you are a transitioning military member and are seeking SkillBridge opportunities, complete our survey and one of our navigation specialists will reach out with opportunities and employers we are currently working with to place members. 


We have a network of educational institutes ready and willing to support our military-connected members in finding the right education opportunities that will lead to higher-level learning and competitive edge workforce development opportunities. 


We collaborate with all veteran service organizations, agencies, and community partners to provide our members with resources for business coaching, planning, funding, and non-profit support.


We offer support in the following areas, but not limited to:

  1. The Purchase of a Home

  2. Homelessness

  3. Retirement Community Placement

  4. Assisted Living

  5. End of Life Care Options


We will collaborate with Veteran Service Organizations, Division of Veteran Services, Department of Defense military installations, and non-veteran entities and individuals to support the delivery of services to navigate veterans, military serving, and family members to resources that promote the health, wealth, and success in areas such as, but not limited to:

  1. Transition immediately following the transition from military obligations and long after

  2. Physical and Mental Health

  3. Personal or Business Financial Counseling

  4. Legal Counseling

  5. Economic Barriers and Challenges
